Rare – Vintage WM F. Koch Glyoxylide Tin Circa 1950s – London Ontario. Rare Medical apothecary Tin – “Not potent after Jan 31 1959” – Koch Laboratories of Canada Ltd. London Ontario. Small dent on back of tin, but otherwise excellent condition.
Taken from Wikipedia : “William Frederick Koch (1885–1967) was a U.S. medical doctor and pharmaceutical entrepreneur. In the 1940s he marketed glyoxylide, a drug which he claimed would cure cancer. The claims were never scientifically proved, and he was considered a charlatan by the United States Food and Drug Administration“
