DELIVERY
For any orders of $50 or more (and under 100 lbs), deliveries will be made within the municipal limits of the following communities: Grande Prairie, Clairmont, Sexsmith, Dimsdale, Wembley, and Beaverlodge, Alberta within 5 business days of payment being received.
Any purchases under $50 can be delivered within the above-mentioned communities for $15. Delivery outside these areas (but within the County of Grande Prairie) are $15 + $2/km. These paid deliveries must be arranged by the buyer prior to purchasing and will then be delivered within 5 business days of the purchase.
For all deliveries, we will communicate with you as to the estimated time of doorstep delivery. If you are not able to be there, we will leave your items/packages on the doorstep and photograph your item to document the delivery as completed. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items once delivered to the doorstep.
Delivery of large items such as furniture, crate goods, equipment, etc. is available at hourly or quoted rates. Please contact if you would like to receive a large item or long distance delivery quote.
PICKUP
We offer free customer pickup during our business hours. It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify Hein Ventures’ office prior to picking up their items.
SHIPPING
We are experienced with shipping throughout Alberta, Canada, US, and internationally. We ship through Canada Post and do our best to ensure your item is shipped within 2-3 business days.
Please note that only expediated parcels and tracked packets have liability coverage and a tracking number.

Please note that we will ship Canada Post letter mail with no tracking or insurance unless the customer requests otherwise prior to the shipping quote: Contact us here
We do our best to package items well. We will not be held responsible for items broken during shipment. We are happy to assist with insurance claims as possible. If making a claim on a damaged shipment please provide us with pictures of the packaging as well as the item/items. This will make an insurance claim with the shipping agent more successful. Any refunds will be paid out upon receipt of funds from the insurance claim. Glass and other breakables uninsurable by Canada Post are shipped at buyers risk.
