Nothing will be shipped or delivered until the item is paid for in full

Hein Venture Inc. handles, delivers, and ships items with care. However, you are responsible for items once purchased. Hein Ventures Inc. is not liable for any loss, damage or otherwise

Local Pickup and Delivery

It is up to the purchaser to make arrangements for pick up and delivery of their items. Hein Ventures Inc. will not send reminders or make repeated attempts to contact you.

Free customer pickup (9:00 am – 5 pm) on day following sale. Arrange other pickup times by making an appointment.

Doorstep Delivery: $15 doorstep delivery of mid-sized (under 100lb) items within the municipal limits of the following communities: Grande Prairie, Clairmont, Sexsmith, Dimsdale, Wembley, Beaverlodge, Alberta. Delivery outside these areas (but within the County of Grande Prairie) are $15 + $2/km. Deliveries will be made within 5 business days from payment date.

We will communicate with you as to the estimated time of doorstep delivery. If you are not able to be there, we will leave your items/packages on the doorstep and photograph your item to document the delivery as completed. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items once delivered to doorstep.

Delivery of large items such as furniture, crate goods, equipment, etc. is available at hourly or quoted rates. Please contact if required.

Note: Local delivery charges waived on purchases over $500.

Shipping

Shipping is combined on multiple items purchased by same buyer.

 If it fits in a letter size envelope and can go letter mail:

o Canada-wide: Shipping cost + $1.50 packaging fee

o USA: Shipping cost + $3 packaging fee

Canada Post Parcel (mid-sized items under 100lb)

o Canada-wide: Shipping Cost + $2.50 packaging fee

o USA: Shipping Cost + $5 packaging fee + any applicable tariffs or fees.

o International (outside Canada or USA): Please inquire prior to placing bid

Once shipped, Hein Ventures is not responsible for damages or loss during the shipping process.
